The “Blended” approach to certification has many advantages for employers and employees:

  • Convenient online training videos can be accomplished at work or home
  • Self-paced program allows logging in over multiple sessions as necessary to complete the online course
  • Reduced in-class instructor validation time allows for less business interruption (approximately 1/3 the duration of traditional classroom instruction)
  • Lower overall employer cost as compensation for employee in-class instructor time is 1/3 of traditional classroom instruction
  • Flexible on-site scheduling of skills validation to complete certification requirements
  • More effective social-distancing capabilities as employee needs to be present for their team skills validation only 
  • Employees receive highly engaging skills instruction from experienced working paramedics and EMTS’

Emanuel Hospital Burn Center Donor

Code 3 Safety & Training has donated $19,000 to the Burn Center since its inception and has given regularly to other non-profit charities, including Willamette Valley Hospice in Salem, Oregon and Community Home Health and Hospice in Longview.
